On Free, expect roughly 1–2 chapters per day with the shared writer (progress saves; resume after the daily reset). Free EPUB/DOCX downloads include a short Entangled Text attribution note; the KDP zip omits it so uploads stay retailer-safe. Pro removes attribution from all formats, adds a larger Premium AI allowance, and skips the Free queue.

How do I turn an AI draft into a KDP upload?

Where are my API keys stored?

On Pro, personal API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and decrypted only on the server when a job runs. Keys are never shown in the browser. Free uses included AI — no personal key required.

Can I edit a full manuscript?

Yes. Paste your book and AI revises chunk by chunk with inline diff review, you accept or reject every change before it is saved.

How much drafting does Pro include?

Pro includes built-in drafting that resets each billing period. Roughly: on the order of 269k–592 words per period, often comparable to 4–9 ~65k-word novels. Real totals depend on prompts, retries, edits, and pricing.
